I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies (Lisle, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Interview was erratic and confusing, someone found my resume on Career Builder and cold called me about the job. Since I was not in the system this caused a lot of confusion around the second phone interview and the in person interview.
When I showed up for the in person interview the first interviewer who would become my boss was not there and I had to spend an hour on a phone with him at the reception desk due to poor planning. Very unprofessional start to a career.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies in Nov 2014
Interview
It was very organized. I went through 4 interview: 3 phone calls and 1 on-site. After each interview, HR would call me within a few hours to let me know if I had passed and what the next steps were. The emails also came in very quickly and in a professional manner.
