Interview
Applied online, and was asked to complete a series of video responses, where you could do unlimited retries for each questions. About a week later, a recruiter reached out to me and asked me to come for an onsite interview in Lisle, IL. That consisted on 4 different interviews, ranging from 1 to 3 different people for each interview. The people that interviewed me were managers, HR personal, and software developers. While driving home, they called me and offered me the position because I told them I was on a very tight schedule with other offer deadlines approaching. I was very impressed by the quick turnaround and the overall experience, and accepted the offer.
