Interview
I got the initial phone screening from a career fair at my university. Initial phone screening was 30-45 minutes long consisting resume related questions. Then I was contacted to have a 1:1 interview with the Services Director in their office. The interview was pretty much behavioral questions. The next week I was contacted that I will be having another 2 phone interviews with Sr Principal Services Architect and Principal and Principal Services Consultant. I think it was supposed to be technical interviews but it was more a walk-through resume questions.
The next week I was contacted saying that I got the offer. Since I love the nature of the work, I pretty much knew that I will accept it anyway.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies in May 2011
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, a second interview with a hiring manager, and then a "technical" interview after that. The phone screen was 15 minutes, the hiring manager was an hour, the technical was 15 minutes. There were only just a few basic technical questions, everything was canned standard questions, and situational. Very fast at communication returns, does not sound that well organized.
