Email requesting I respond to a form, and then an email from someone to coordinate an interview. Person coordinating interview didn't seem to be able to answer specific questions I had about the role. Video interview set up with someone who knows more about the role to figure out if its a good fit or not. I liked that they emailed to coordinate an interview instead of calling because it bypassed the normal phone tag I get stuck in.
