They have a panel that includes a manager and two software engineers. The applicant is interviewed with the whole group at the same time, where they alternate asking questions.
They then give the applicant a coding assignment with 30 minutes to complete.
In this case, one of the engineers only seemed interested in asking technical "gotcha" questions, which unfortunately shook the confidence of the applicant.

First interview is simple, asking about background, etc., I made it through to the next round, which is a coding interview, but it got canceled on the day of. No follow-up emails or communication after.
