Scheduled interview with the manager everything went well. I was asked about my previous work experience and I told them about that. I was asked what my job entailed and I explained my everyday duties from my previous job. My first interview was with the manager, after interviewing with him I had a second interview with the sub contract manager. After talking to him they made me a job offer. I told them that I had to think about the offer and I would let them know in 24 hrs. I contacted CACI within the 24 hrs and told them that I would accept the position. They told me my start date and it would consist of 2 weeks of training.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CACI International (Aberdeen, MD) in May 2012
Interview
Panel interview with Manager, Lead and junior level employee asking questions to get a feel for knowledge base. After my interview, within an hour, I was offered the job. I had never had a job offer come through that fast, but then I'd never been recruited internally. I'd assume they did not interview anyone else for this position.
