Okay. Basic group interview. You sit in a room with three or four other people and they sit and ask questions about your experience. The job wasn't really special either. Nice starter job for photographers. Management never seemed to be able to handle time management. It always felt hectic.

Quick and easy, they were punctual and the managers are very friendly which helps if you're nervous. I was able to feel comfortable right away. They thoroughly explained everything about the role, reviewed my portfolio on a presentation, and then we had a quick talk about my past experiences dealing with customers and being under pressure. Overall very pleasant interview.
