phone interview consist of 10 technical questions last about 30 minutes. On-site interview last for 3 days. First day do a demo lecture for 50 minutes. Second day did a formal interview with search committee. Also, attend social events to interact with students, faculty and staff in the department. A formal interview with College Dean. Third day did a research presentations forum followed with Q&A session.

The interviewers were nice. Had to so a 20 minutes research presentation, followed by a 25 minutes demo class. The rest were meet and greet mostly. Also they talked about potential benefits of the job.

Typical full day faculty interview. Long, grueling, filled with many meetings, a research talk (30 minutes), a teaching talk (30 minutes), meet with students, faculty, associate dean (Dean could be bothered to meet with candidates).
