First round was a phone interview. Second round was an in-person interview on campus that lasted half a day. Included a panel interview, a presentation, a tour of campus, a meeting with the director, and coffee off campus with a variety of career center staff.

The process involved a zoom interview, an in-person interview, a resume review, a presentation, and a casual coffee. There was a reference check in the final stages.
