CAL POLY Program Manager interview questions

Applied online, about a month later received and email to fill out very detailed questions about my role in previous companies (basically all the questions one would expected to be asked in an interview) and more. Then a few weeks later, received an invite for an online interview. Which pretty much again went over the same questions. I was told they just need to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. All seemed good, then weeks and months went by. Followed up after a month and no response, followed up again a third time (no response) very unprofessional of them.....eventually approximately three months after the online interview, I received an email saying the position has been filled. All around very unprofessional. I wouldn't work for them or apply to them again.
