Once on-site for the interview you'll spend at least 3 hours speaking with HR, director, product managers and senior program managers can finally you'll facilitate a case study presentation. The case study involves facilitating a meeting to review meeting objectives while sharing your approach to deliver the sample project on time, within budget. Overall the interview process was good but somewhat overkill as dedicating three hours (or more) is quite lengthy! CAQH could have combined more interviewers into one session to save time for everyone.
