She will see if you've any customer service, sales, dealership or any of the variation experience. She will explain that you will be paid through your training and after that it will only be commission based. After that, she will ask if you want to continue further and if so, she will inform you when to come for a 1 on 1 After that, you will be speaking to Brian in person. He is a nice guy, very sharp, however he dislikes his employment there. At the same time, the gentleman is very knowledgable about the produce you will be selling, what your pay-out looks like and who you will eventually report too.
