Asked some personal questions on whether I had a child or not and how old. For a supposedly gender sensitive organization, I felt that was not appropriate. The HR needs to stick to the business-related issues so that women's marital status or child status does not influence their judgement. The staff and the leader were overall warm and welcoming.
