CARE International interview questions

I applied for this position online in October and was contacted by the HR team the following March for an interview. The interview lasted one hour and was a panel with four team members. The interview was via phone and was supposed to include video, but the HR team member who organized the interview did not clarify this in advance. I did not hear back from CARE until June, so the process took nine months total.
