Applied online around November. Heard back from a recruiter/HR about 3 weeks later. They set up an interview for the week of Thanksgiving. It is fine, 30 minutes. Basic questions. Then that person follows up in early December to say they want to move me to the next round. Okay. An hour interview with the hiring manager. They described some of the role, asked questions about database stuff, working with fundraisers that sort of thing. Sent a thank you. That person replied thanks so much and now that was over a month ago. Crickets. Ghosted.
