I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CARE (USA) (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Submitted my application through the online site and was contacted about an interview with the hiring manager in less than a month. After the interview, I moved forward to complete a writing exam where I had to create informational material in a newsletter format. Upon completing that exam, I heard back from CARE within a week.
Very streamlined with great questions to determine culture fit. They were also more than willing to answer all of my questions on the role, organization and culture. No reason for any complaints.
