The company is really out of sync and left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They just don't have the process organized and things fell through the cracks. It seemed as if I had to do all the following up and had to organize things during the process. Why? There is an overly large and excessively staffed HR group and yet I was doing all the follow up?
