You will get phone screen where u will be asked to do coding, followed by an onsite interview where u do 1:1 coding, followed by a panel of managers and developers
They provide feedbacks which might be useful .Regarding the interview procedure, I think in some cases they jump into conclusion and make decisions base on those which might not be the real case.

Interview
I got a phone interview with Technical Lead then next round was with Two hiring managers. They asked me questions from my resume and some scenario based questions, they explained about role and what skills are required for that role.
One day of three interviews. Each interview had 2 people from the company.
The first two interviews were with engineers and consisted of coding challenges. Third one was with managers.
