Interview
Had a HireVue then an onsite. At the onsite they had me do a pair programming exercise with TDD and share some of my past experiences and answer some personal/behavioral questions. Overall very easy interview, just review your core Java fundamentals if that's what your position entails.
Altogether, one of the MOST horrible experiences. The Google Maps link that sent me in the email took me to a highway 30 minutes away from their actual office. I ended up having to pay for parking and scramble to my interview. Once I got the offer, I tried to negotiate the offer, but my recruiter gave me the impression he didn't even try and made me feel horrible at my qualifications. On top of that, he kept calling me by accident and gave off an unprofessional vibe. Honestly, the icing on the cake was when they gave me an offer and then changed the location of the role less than a week before my acceptance deadline. Maybe they're an OK company to work for, but they certainly don't care about you.
They provide feedbacks which might be useful .Regarding the interview procedure, I think in some cases they jump into conclusion and make decisions base on those which might not be the real case.
