I applied to this position online through an employee referral and spoke first to an HR person and then the hiring manager. The HR interview was mostly about my background. There were a significant number of questions about my past experience managing a marketing budget, the size, the impact on the business I had and how I went through my decision making and analyses processes. While my experience wasn't exactly what they were looking for (according to HR person) she passed me along to the hiring manager. The hiring manager was extremely nice and personable. My conversation with her was mostly about the problems the group was having and how I might approach them.
