HR Recruiter phone interview, followed by the supervisor phone interview. Almost 6 hours of interviews on-site included panel interview with co-workers, facilitating an exercise related to the position, and more 1 or 2 person interviews.

The job description read as a Technical Project Manager, however the title was "Project Manager". Salary was low for the Northern VA area and the technical SDLC expertises required. I was asked my salary range and countered asking what is the job pay band. I was excited about this role and the opportunity until I found how low the salary is.

Interview process was very underwhelming and undetailed, very basic questions and did not provide much when I asked questions. HR person must have been either new or inexperienced because it was probably the worst interview I've ever done

Interview
It was a standard interview; 1:1's with ~ 5-6 folks and then a case presentation with the full team. It took about 2 weeks to complete the entire interview from the HR to the case round and then they just ghosted me, never heard back from them despite following up.
