5 step process.
1. Phone interview - 30 minutes
2. Zoom interview with manager - 45 minutes
3. Technical interview - Zoom - 1 hour
4. Group interview Zoom - Director and managers - 45 minute
5. Group interview Zoom - Stakeholders - 30 minute
Overall it is a lengthy process. Worse is that they don't even respond back after the interview.
