Was contacted by an in-house recruiter. Had an initial Zoom intro with the recruiter, followed by two Zooms with the hiring manager. The interviews went well in my opinion but after over one week of not hearing back, reached out to the recruiter who said I was not one of the finalists. Overall process took 4 weeks. In many ways a waste of time, as throughout the whole process both the recruiter and hiring manager kept saying how strong a candidate I was and genuinely seemed impressed with my experience, leading me to believe my chances were better than they were.
