Applied online, about 2 weeks later I was invited to a teams call and to give availability. This email was sent out 8:00PM on a Friday. I gave my availability on Sunday and did not get a response. All of Monday passed and I was given a time slot at 6:00PM. I replied 5 minutes later telling the recruiter that time did not work and gave a few time slots. I was then ignored all up until 10 minutes past the original email. The recruiter then had the gall to email me telling me they waited 10 minutes and I did not show up, and that they rescheduled the interview for the next day at the same time. Extremely unprofessional and wasted everyone’s time in the process.

Did a call with HR, then a screen sharing interviewing with two of the developers, and then a panel interview with more screen sharing coding challenges. Was rejected because they were in fact looking for a "lead" developer, no idea why the job was posted as "Senior Software Engineer". Over all, the experience was good, everyone was very professional and the coding questions were relevant. Also, HR mentioned they don't provide relocation assistance and you have to be in London before starting work.

The interview process was highly relevant to the job description, consisting of four rounds: two coding exercises, a technical discussion, and a manager meeting. The coding exercises were the standout feature, focusing directly on the core skills required for the role, such as integrating external APIs, creating RESTful APIs, and using ReactJS for front-end development. The technical interview questions were equally aligned with the job requirements and my previous experience. This was one of the most thoughtfully designed interview processes I’ve encountered—truly geared toward enabling candidates to succeed.
