Month long interview process. Was told I would have a decision by a certain date. The person who would have been my manager called me a day before, but I was unable to answer. I called him back 5 minutes later and he rejected the call after a few rings. Then I never heard from anyone by the date they gave me. I had other opportunities that needed an answer, so I withdrew my application. Very unprofessional to call a candidate and then never respond to them when they call back. Base pay and bonuses/commission total under 6 figures was not very enticing to me. One of the managers I interviewed with talked 90% of the time. He would ask me a question then answer his own question before I got the opportunity to. They talk a lot about benefits, but what they offer is average at best for 401k and healthcare. PTO was reasonable. Did not like the idea of needing to keep an extra car in my driveway, especially one with a cartoon fox on the side of it.
