I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CARFAX (Centreville, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process started with an e-mail to set up a phone interview with Human Resources, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and lastly an in person interview that lasted a few hours. Overall it was a very favorable experience and Human Resources was very efficient in terms of keeping me updated on the entire process.
I recently completed a series of interviews with Carfax Canada. While I appreciated the opportunity, the process ended up being extremely time-consuming and stressful.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds within a single day:
A 30-minute phone interview
A 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
A 30-minute interview with the Quality Manager
A 30-minute interview with the Dealer Manager
An additional interview with another Manager
Finally, another meeting with the Hiring Manager
In total, I completed five to six interviews across different departments, all scheduled within one day. It was a very demanding and exhausting experience. Despite completing the entire process, I was ultimately not offered the position.
The situation left me feeling disappointed, given the significant amount of time and effort invested in the process.

Extremely thorough and super responsive - amazing experience. Began with a phone screening then an interview with a manager you would be reporting to. All my questions were answered and the team was so kind! After manager interview, I spoke with 4 more individuals. All were so encouraging and spoke very highly of the company. After 6 total conversations, received my job offer within a week. Whole process took only a month!
