I recently interviewed for the Events Coordinator position at Carfax and it was the best interview process I've ever experienced. Michelle did a great job communicating next steps, agendas and answering questions I had. She informed me that the company culture is positive and most employees stay at the company for many years. Once I met with the team in person for the third interview, I could see the positivity from everyone who worked there. Each person I met that day was extremely welcoming, caring and had nothing but positive things to say about working at Carfax. I have worked for a few companies over the last decade and highly considered the importance of working for a company with strong employee morale and work life balance in my next career move.
