Went through a 3-month long interview process, with a total of 4 video interviews and one screener call. I met with a potential coworker, the managing director, and two members of senior leadership. After the interviews, I routinely checked in with HR and was told multiple times they hadn't heard anything. One month after my last interview I received an automated email saying they were pursuing other candidates.
