I applied online, with a referral from someone who works at the company. I had a phone chat with my recruiter (who was super supportive throughout the process), an online coding challenge a few days after that, and then a technical phone interview with two guys on the tech team a few days later. Finally, there was an in-office interview that lasted all afternoon. Overall, it was a smooth process and I felt supported in it.
