Applied on 12/15/25. On 12/17/25, received a text to schedule an open "interview" which I did for the next day. I had to take an Uber. Cost me $36 total. There were 9 of us and they only asked us to briefly walk through our previous experience, and what makes a good customer experience. It wasn't an interview more like a screening. And it was only 10 minutes but the schedule said an hour. There was a team lead and another person in charge and they were both disengaged, talked really fast. I was not impressed. It was a complete waste of time. I got a weird vibe.
