Very nice experience. Everyone was a pleasure to talk to and they made me really comfortable. I did few telephonic rounds and then in person interview. At all the stages I got to know more about the company and the culture. It was a difficult decision to turn down the offer as I really loved everything about the company and position was exactly what I wanted to do.

Why Carvana? What you know about the company and why do you want to join it?
good i think i really appreciate the effort and work and i really liked it overall, not too bad. a lot of regular questions. i would recommend to anyone, i cant really say much that happened
1 HR round regarding basic background knowledge followed by 1 take home assignment. Clearing which, there was 1 video conference round where I had to provide linear programming based algorithms to solve optimization problems. The final round was with actual members of the team regarding the various roles and tasks performed on a daily basis
A phone interview with the HR team. If they like you, you have an in person interview. It was a casual conversation with my manager and my manager's manager. It was very laid back and non-formal.
