The interview process felt chaotic and poorly organized. There were last-minute changes from remote to in-person interviews, and while everyone was kind, the recruiter pressured me to travel from out of state with only a few days' notice at my own expense.
Based on my experience, I decided to withdraw my application because the overall process raised concerns about the company's workplace culture. Throughout the interviews, there was a strong emphasis on a high-stress environment and constant change. While adaptability is important, the way it was presented suggested a lack of structure and leadership rather than a well-managed, fast-paced workplace.
