Interview
I applied two weeks prior to receiving an email for an initial phone screen interview. After that, things moved pretty quickly. I was scheduled for another phone interview followed by several teleconference interviews back to back. One of the interviewers were a no show, another asked me to do an Excel skills test in Google docs, a third interviewer was great and personable, the last was extremely brief. In fact, my interview was cut off abrublty, leaving me with the impression that I didn't provide the mystery answer they were looking for, and I was not given the courtesy of asking the final interviewer any of my own questions. It was very off-putting and I was left wondering what had just happened.

Interview
The interviews were great! For me, there were multiple steps in the interview process and overall I interviewed with five people, including HR, potential team members, managers, and directors. Very personable team, colleagues, managers, and directors. Best advice: be personable, be yourself, and present your qualifications and fit for the team as best as possible.

Easy, but multiple rounds, mainly personality based to see if you will mesh well with the team, and if you have some relevant knowledge in the field. Do not have to be an automotive expert, but it helps to know your stuff well.
