First I want to disclaim that I was not offered the position, however, this is NOT why I'm reviewing the interview process. My review is to save people time because in my opinion, the interview process was completely inefficient, inept, and disorganized. I had a total of FOUR telephone interviews and ONE in-person. Three out of the four calls scheduled were late and one never even called. The in-person lacked any semblance of a real interview. I sat down and the manager says " I looked at your resume, it looks good... do you have any questions for me?" My last call after this lackluster interview, another gentleman called and said, "Didn't I already interview you?" The "interview" calls, you could tell they were busy and seemed like interviewing me was not a priority AT ALL. Overall, I'm happy I was not offered a position as the interview process being the first experience of how business is handled and employees are treated, was eye-opening and foreshadowed what was to come. Each time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, I felt like they didn't value my time and it was a complete waste of energy. After each call, I received an email: CONGRATULATIONS!, you're moving onto the next step!! If you have choices, don't put too much time and energy into this firm.
