I scheduled a half hour phone interview with recruiter. First time, recruiter did not show up at all. And after waiting for half an hour, I got a email apologizing for being held from meetings and could not make the time. Yeah, sure, I totally understand. Sometimes you can not control how meetings go. Rescheduled. Second time, the recruiter called, and asked my backgrounds and the call ended there. Because the recruiter thought I was applying for a completely DIFFERENT role, and he reached out to me for that position. It was not a general role I applied, it says the title on the job description. Nonetheless to say, you can double check with me what positions I applied in email! I had to move around my current work schedule twice for the call, and it was not even the job I applied. I can't think a worse experience than this.
