Interview
The interview process was a JOKE.
They have inexperienced college girls/guys performing this interviews.
They didn’t ask me any questions, she just looked at my resume and asked me why I wanted to work for Carvana.
I could tell she was on a rush to get out of there to get on to the next one.
At the end after I asked a lot of questions about the company she said, thats awesome, a lot of people never ask me those questions.
After that everything clicked.
They don’t want people with experience there. They want ASU kids that will be molded to whatever they want.
Things happen for a reason but maybe she saved me from working for this company.
I keep seeing a lot of turnover .. wonder why...

Very straightforward and to the point was hired shortly after interviewing. They called me the very next day and offered me the position they also gave me a tour of the call center and made me feel part of the team before I even started

It was so easy, they are so kind and you can tell the recruiter cares that you are comfortable. They asked questions that you would assume any interviewer would ask.
I went to a job fair. They had a team of two conducting the interviews. It was a simple process I just waited my turn and was in the actual interview about 10 minutes.
