I had high expectations for Carvana . Not after they played me . First thing first was a phone interview , 2nd was a FaceTime interview b/c the manager was stuck in the airport , 3rd interview was at the office the manager was not there so I interviewed with 2 team leads that didn’t know how to interview , the manager was finally available after a hour of being in the office so he FT me , 4th interview via FaceTime . Overall after all the interviews I felt like it was a great to speak with different managers about the position. But the one with the 2 team leads was a waste. So after the 4th I reached out to the recruiter to get the next steps . She emails me with a response of moving forward with other representatives. After all those interviews you tell me I am still not a good fit . I don’t believe I would have made it that far wir waste less interviews . I don’t think companies take into consideration you can affect someone’s confidence level with all those interviews. I remained positive through the entire process. Now I negative thoughts about them as a company . That’s just rude on how they handle the final response.
