I applied online. I interviewed at CARVANA (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I originally applied for the lot it’s in the position. I had a phone interview and then my daughter got sick with a possible Covid scare. I was able to speak with a representative and get my second interview moved in order to deal wit my daughters situation. Once the results came back negative, the recruiter reached out to me to double check which made me feel really good about the company overall. I went to my second interview face to face, and was recommended for Field Advocate (Full time)
Which was higher pay and fit me better. My 3rd interview was a zoom video and the next day I was offered the job. Overall great experience!
Online over the phone, nothing in person, asked questions about whether I was comfortable driving different cars and whether I cared about the work that I would be doing. Also must be comfortable working outside as there is no work inside to be done.
The interview process was very quick and easy. I was contacted through email about the position and was asked if I had a valid driver’s license. That’s it that’s all
