The recruiter first contacted me via email and then we did the phone screen. After the initial phone screen, we scheduled some available time for the first formal interview and then the second formal interview. The best part was the recruiter was very communicative and responsive. Nothing is worse than sitting in the dark - but I never felt that interviewing for Carvana. They were immediately following up with me with status updates. It was great! It was one of the better interview experiences I've had.
