Clunky. The recruiter emailed me from her personal email address and called from her desk phone. Very nice but asked me questions from a script that related to a new employee when I had already worked for Carvana. The second interviewer had no idea I had worked for Carvana before and despite me being asked to dress professionally, this person was wearing a t-shirt and appeared very casual. The third interviewer, which was in person, said to me that they had no idea what the position or team that I'd be working with does because they don't work with them.
