I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CARVANA in Sep 2021
Interview
Applied online and got a request to schedule an HR screening very quickly.
Phone screening was typical, but the recruiter was very nice.
Moved on to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. They mostly asked about my background and how I would approach some of the problems that they had. The interview went well and I was given a take-home assignment to complete within a week.
After submitting, I was invited to a back-to-back interview format where I interviewed with five managers for 30 minutes each. Some asked technical questions and some kept the interview casual.
I had trouble with some of the questions, but I was able to get to a correct (or acceptable) answer with some hints along the way. Didn't feel like I did well on those questions.
Received an offer a few days later.

I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which included a mix of behavioral questions and quantitative reasoning problems to assess my problem-solving skills and overall fit.
Had a first round HR phone call. Following which I was asked to complete a marketing case study, and then invited for a technical and behavioural zoom interview followed by a stakeholder interview.
