Interview
12 rounds of interviews. I asked for the pay range in the beginning and they would not tell me but said my number was reasonable. They would not tell me who my hiring manager was or even what team they were looking to hire me on. I felt totally in the dark and have told all of my friends do not interview here. The offer they made was 30% below my number. If they would have told me the range day one I would not have continued with the interview process.

Had a case which was interesting, other than that it was pretty basic questions of tell me a time when... etc.
It was an Easy application process and I received a prompt response after a week. The confirmation email after submission of an application is great! Although I got a rejection letter, it was better to know immediately with a response rather than wonder and wait.
