Started off with a Screening call after which there were about 4 more rounds. The entire thing ended up being very tedious and there was little to no direction on what each of the interviews entailed. Seemed like some of the later rounds were counter intuitive and they could have easily done without them. At the end, they didn't offer me this position but said they would consider me for other positions. However, a couple weeks after, I found out that the recruiter was laid off and I never heard back from anyone else at the company.

Round 1 - Thirty minute phone screen with Carvana recruiter. Recruiter asks about experience and other situational/behavioral questions. Round 2 - Forty-five minute Zoom interview with Strategic Partnerships team member. Team member asks market sizing and technical questions
