Received an HR screen, via a phone call. Really good, described the role, and process. 2nd interview was with two managers, via Zoom. Good, and I was well prepared. Good questions overall, though they did add a critical thinking question, which was fine, though they did not seem to agree on how I formulated the answer. Over the last ten years, I've become quite data driven in order to evaluate and make decisions, and my assumptions were not far off.
