Virtual interview - went fine but they didn't ask me anything about my experience - seemed more like a get to know you. Which was strange as this was the second interview with the hiring manager, not the phone screen.

Very long, like 5 interviews including site visits which take multiple hours. Multiple interviewers told me I was " more qualified than anyone else that has applied" or "You're 100% going to get this role." Ended up getting ghosted before the last round. Also not a very good employee atmosphere. While I was at a site tour, an employee got severely injured and after a brief check in, the manager I was with simply said "that's someone else's problem" and walked back to the office to continue the interview.
