Met with the recruiter over the phone for a 45 minute informational interview. She was very knowledgeable about the position and the company. The interviewer dug into my background and asked pertinent questions regarding the position and my skills and experience. Overall it was a good experience and I would encourage others to apply at Carvana. I believe they are a solid company.

Everything in the process was great. Great communication, everybody on time, seemed to want every candidate to do well and be the right one. Straightforward questions, great communication after everything as well. I worked with a woman named Chiara Hughes and she was the best, hugely helpful both before and after our interview! Would recommend.
