Interview was phone screening in which recruiter asked me absolutely nothing about my related experience or previous roles. Explained role and asked about where I lived. Said I would need to drive to my sites and then I received and rejection email the next day. Call lasted less than 10 minutes and I am most certainly qualified for the role.

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter who was super nice and thorough. I passed and she scheduled me with the associate director for a formal zoom interview. The zoom interview was great like a conversation with questions mixed in. The associate director made me feel comfortable and was engaging. He told me I’d hear more the next week Tuesday or Wednesday. I got an email on Sunday asking if I could do a last minute interview with someone else. I saw the email Monday and gave my availability but they asked if they could squeeze me in at a different time. I rearranged my schedule for a last minute interview with less than an hours notice. They didn’t tell me who I would be interviewing with or his position. Once on the interview, the gentleman I interviewed with was the same position as the interview before. He kept asking if I had questions for him but I had asked them all to the previous interviewer. He asked much of the same questions but seemed to be looking for incredibly specific answers that only he knew. Lasted about 30 minutes and was told told to look in my inbox for another interview request. I got a an email from the recruiter the next day saying they had selected another candidate. They seem a bit disorganized and I was surprised of the rejection after being told I’d be sent on to the next round of interviews. Seemed like they were looking to fill the position with a male and not a female candidate after my final interview.
