Applied Online, got contacted right away by a person or AI but it did arrange some time slots for an interview and resource material about the position. Went to the interview and got a tour of the facility, got inside a truck, gave us a day to day. Their were other people in that time slot so I sat in the lobby with them until it was my turn.

I applied online. I interviewed at CARVANA (Wyoming, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was called in for an interview via email. We had to pick a time slot. The moment I walked into carvana I just had a bad vibe. Others were also waiting to interview. I was almost completely ignored. I sat there for an hour before they finally interviewed me. I thought the interview went ok but again it felt off. I just didn’t have a good feeling the moment I walked in. I thought because it was a big company that they would be better organized. I was actually relieved when they sent me a email telling me I didn’t get the job. I probably would’ve rejected it anyway. Also the trucks didn’t look clean. The employees looked unprofessional. Other interviewers felt like it was unprofessional too. Not impressed with this company at all.
