      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CBEM (Redding, CA) in Aug 2023

      Interview

The interview process was overwhelmingly positive. Adrian validated my diverse experience, was transparent regarding the expectations and norms of the company, and answered all of my rabbit-hole questions. He explained the next steps in the process and was incredibly encouraging. The next step was well explained, so even though it was a rigorous interview, I did not feel unprepared or pressured to perform. I recieved good feedback.
