My first was a phone screen. We talked everything went well. I answered all of the questions. I was told a lot about the job, which sounded nice. I was sent an email asking me to take a test. I did. Later I was sent another email to schedule a interview with the hiring manager and HR. I scheduled the next interview. When it was time for the next interview the HR office had to reschedule it for the following week. I had not problem with the reschedule. When it came time for the interview. I was ready to go. The only thing is when I logged into my computer there was another cancellation, but this time it said, we were waiting for another candidate to take the job offer and they did. Therefore, we are cancelling our interview. So, this company used me and threw it in my face! Deplorable behavior from any company who would do this to a potential candidate. There are several other ways they could have communicated. I was dressed for an interview only to be told no you did not get the job. The other person said yes and that was what they were waiting. This company made an off and still strung me along. I will never forget this insensitive behavior. Why set a person up and say we really wanted someone else.
